Dr Christine Newman received her MD at University of Galway. Her thesis focused on investigating the outcomes of pregnancy for women with pre-gestational Diabetes. Her work included a systematic review of the use of patient-reported outcomes (PRO) in diabetes in pregnancy. The Diabetes Collaborative CTN team is very proud of Dr. Newman and is looking forward to working with her as the Lead Clinical Researcher for the CTN.
