Tell us a little about yourself? 

I am a medical student and has just completed an Masters in Healthcare Infection Management in Trinity College Dublin. I have had diabetes for five years and is interested in diabetes research.

What’s the one thing you wish everyone know about diabetes? 

The one thing I wish everyone knew about diabetes is that it is not just about sugar intake. Diabetes is a complex condition that involves multiple considerations for it to be managed optimally. It is important to understand that individuals with diabetes can lead fulfilling lives with proper management, and support from others can make a world of difference in their journey.
