Dr Lisa Owens

Dr Lisa Owens is a Consultant Endocrinologist at St James’s Hospital Dublin since 2019. She is also a Senior Lecturer in Medicine at both Trinity College Dublin and Imperial College London. She completed a PhD at Imperial College London studying Ovarian Gonadotropin Receptor signalling in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Prior to that she completed research with Professor Fidelma Dunne and the Atlantic Diabetes in Pregnancy programme, studying obesity in pregnancy, pre pregnancy care and pre-gestational Diabetes.
