Prof Stuart Walsh

Professor Walsh is the Chair of Vascular Surgery at the University of Galway. Currently, he is the Clinical Lead for RCSI’s National Surgical Research Support Centre, co-ordinating multicentre surgical trials. He is an editor with the Cochrane Vascular Group. He leads an active research group mainly focussed on evaluating interventions for patients with active lower limb ulceration.
